'Tis the Season!

Happy Holidays People!

Yes, I am guilty of slacking YET AGAIN! Blame it on my busy moms. Mama went back to work a few weeks ago, leaving me to keep track of Mommy all day. That's quite a job for a little guy. You try figuring out her nap schedule!

Anyway, in the two months since I last shared with you all, I made my second trip to NYC and back. This time I got to celebrate my first very first Thanksgiving with my NY peeps. That included my aunties Nini and Munch, my Nana Linda and Grandpa Walter, and all my Gonzalez titis, tios, and cousins. So much fun!
I love to munch on Auntie Munch's nose!

Here I am looking pensive with my Aunt Nini

Back on the home front, I've been dabbling in solid foods for the past few weeks. In an effort to assert my independence from the get-go, I've tried to maintain control of the spoon. My moms keep trying to play tricks on me by having TWO spoons at once, but I'm on to them and their tricky ways. Turns out wearing the food is almost as fun as eating it! It's really my only outlet for my artistic expression; I feel justified in treating my face as the canvas and food as the medium for my art.

Thanks to the solid food, I've continued my growth spurts. Turns out I'm probably going to be a tall, skinny guy with a small head (definitely not a trait I inherited from Mama). This discovery bodes well for my planned future as a soccer and swimming star. Mama has me "kicking" the soccer ball every morning. I think it's probably best if I learn to walk before attempting any soccer moves. Speaking of walking, it's still a ways off, in case you were wondering. Crawling is likely right around the corner though! Oh boy! Are we in for some FUN!
My second visit to Great Grandma Laverne. We have fun!

I'm including a smattering of photos from the past couple of months. As with my last post, I'll let the pictures do the rest of the talking.

Coming up in the next month...CHRISTMAS, a third trip to visit Great Grandma, and a wedding in Florida!

Bring on the New Year!
